I am the only librarian online! Help!

When you log in to Flash Chat, a few moments after selecting your queues (there may be a slight delay), you should see more librarians in your librarians tab besides just you.

 If your librarians tab looks like the one in the picture (left), you will need to follow these steps:

1. Log out of Flash Chat using the "Logout" link at the top left corner of the screen

2. If you are using Internet Explorer version 6, check your settings against pages 2-7 of the QP documentation PDF.

    If you are using Internet Explorer version 7, check your settings against pages 7-14 of the QP documentation PDF.

3. Delete your temporary files and clear your cache

3. Log back in to Flash Chat

4. Select your queues again

After the usual slight delay, you should now see more librarians listed on your tab than just you.
