• July 1st, 2-4pm.

  We'll be choosing our 4 finalists for the contest and updating people on what's been happening in our individual groups.  Wealso discussed design/content of the front/home page and inside page.

• Monday, August 3 telemtg (9:30 - 10:30 am)

DRUPAL (Tina, Jessica N., Jess C., Cindy B., Cathay): 

•  first teleconf meeting on Thursday, June 16 from 2:00-3:00 pm/ Meeting Notes available
• Second teleconf meeting was on July 16 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm/ Meeting Notes available or as Word doc
• Third teleconf meeting was on Thursday, July 23 2:30 - 4 pm -These meeting notes include a basic training on using Drupal 

   

INFO (Tina, Betty, Amy, Julie):

• we met on June 24, 1.30-2.30 and discussed the information hierarchy. we went page by page and figured out where info should go, if it was to be kept. We will determine how to continue after the whole-group July 1 meeting.  It may be good idea to wait until preliminary Drupal design is ready to start plugging pieces in from current site.
