Changing how you are alerted to new customers 

While in chat, go to the green "Settings" link on the upper right hand corner of the Chat Monitor

Flash based popup alerts If you are on another window other than

the Chat Monitor, you will not see this alert.will give you a popup only

within FlashChat.

Browser based alerts will give you a popup over whatever window

you are currently on, regardless of program.

Sound alert when “New” patron arrivesOne customer, one ding;

2 customers, 2 dings, etc. gives you ONE “ding” when there is a new customer.

Sound alert repeatedlyRegardless of number of customers, it will keep dinging

until they are all picked up. will sound an alert for as long as there is a “new” customer in queue.

Sound alert repeatedly when "MY" patron has responded will give you a repeated "ding"

when your customer responds. The "ding" will not stop until you respond to the customer.
