I'm monitoring chat and it's acting weird. OR I've selected my queues but i'm the only librarian online!
My screen is jumping and flashing and I can't send messages
I need to see if my settings are correct for monitoring AskUsNow!
If you are using Internet Explorer version 6, check your settings against pages 2-7 of the QP documentation PDF.
If you are using Internet Explorer version 7, check your settings against pages 7-14 of the QP documentation PDF.
I want to change how I am alerted to new customers.
In follow-up mode, I want to write back to a customer and there is no \"claim\" or \"answer\" button (What are these Edit and Delete buttons for?) I'm in the middle of monitoring and I got a "You've been logged out of chat" message.
According to QP documentation, you will get that alert in chat when you've logged out of, exited, or navigated away from the MyQuestionPoint screen/window. Please make sure to keep your
MyQuestionPoint screen running in the background (you can minimize it, just be careful not to close it). Keeping it running will also make it easier and quicker for you to get back in to chat if you
had to "crash" your FlashChat.
I don't know what Reports to use!
What does Flash Chat (the librarian interface) look like when a customer comes in through the Qwidget?

How do i know if this customer is mine (in QuestionPoint Ask (NON CHAT))
