customeraffiliationHow do i know if a customer is mine?
QuestionPoint has made the assumption that they didn't need to always put a customer's affiliation in their transcripts. If you don't see that a customer has an affiliation listed either in your Question Lists or the transcripts themselves, it's a safe bet that customer is yours. By "yours" i mean, has come in through the AUN logo on your website OR has selected your website from the list at askusnow.info.
In [QuestionPoint > Ask > Question Lists New] you can see that on the right, it tells you the customer name and the librarian. If the customer is affiliated with a different library than yours, it will say so. If it doesn't say an affiliation, the customer is yours. Also, while they are hard to see, the green up arrow means it was your customer, the orange down arrow means it was your librarian, a different library's customer:
If you're looking at sessions from the transcript itself, you can check the referring URL (the last page the customer was on when they entered the service (usually the one with the link to AUN on it) or the "Refered to" or "referred by" in the yellow box across the top:
"REFERRED TO" means that the customer IS YOURS but was PICKED UP BY a librarian from this library:
"REFERRED BY" means that this was one of YOUR LIBRARIANS picking up a chat from a customer from that library:
