How will i know that a customer has entered through a Qwidget?

blue arrow: the prefix "Qwidget:" will always be before the customer's question. ("Chat Transcript" comes before questions coming in through the page-push interface.)

orange arrow: customers using a qwidget will say, "Library Patron"

green arrow: the widget the customer is using lives on this page
